WG Data Protection Regulation

The General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) recently approved by the Council and the European Parliament will be applicable from May 25, 2018. To ensure the proper implementation of the Regulation in Spain, the General Codification Commission of the Ministry of Justice has started the analysis and reflection work on the need to elaborate a new Organic Law on Data Protection. Considering the importance of both the Regulation and the work of the General Codification Commission for the legal community, Fide maintains a Working Group with the purpose of formulating proposals related to the implementation of the Regulation.
